Unity Technologies, creator of the world's most popular creation engine that reaches nearly three billion devices worldwide, announced today that the company has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement under which Unity Technologies has acquired Multiplay Ltd and its game hosting business from GAME Digital plc (LON:GMD) for Â£19M GBP. The events business and its associated IP's will remain with GAME.
