San Francisco, CA. May 14, 2016 -- After over two years of development, OneRender announces the public availability of the Standard and Pro versions of the OneRender cloud rendering platform. An Entry level is available for first time users, students and educators to experiment and learn the 3D design and rendering platform.
A 3D designer, architect or product prototyper can open their OneRender account in a browser, set up a scene, start a render on the OneRender cloud and log out. Depending on the number of actual GPUs working in the cloud, a complex visualization rendering of several images or video can be finished in minutes.
"OneRender users will benefit from the ray-traced, photo-realistic visualizations and 3D 360 degree and video visualizations that are becoming more and more used in by the VR/AR community", said Miguel Arias, CEO of Prefixa, the makers of OneRender.
OneRender provides a 3D design project environment in the Entry level Free version with additional features available in the Standard and Pro levels. Online storage for saved 3D projects for Free (2 GB), Standard (25 GB) at $20/month and Pro (200 GB) at $100/month are extensible optionally. Users can access the elastic capabilities of the cloud, and select the number of
GPUs in their private rendering cloud based on their rendering points budget and required rendering time.
OneRender users can have access to several GPUs depending on the subscription level: Free (1 GPU), Standard (4 GPU - later to increase) and Pro (16 GPU - later to increase).
All versions include:
+ Multiple cameras each with their own position, custom settings, depth of
+ WebGL-based scene layout environment that works with Mozilla Firefox,
Google Chrome and Apple Safari
+ Project Presets to start a 3D scene or create new ones from scratch
+ Sensible 3D layout environment with grid planes and rulers for precise
+ HDR global illumination lighting and emitter objects (including invisible
emitters) to illuminate your scenes
+ Replication / instancing for creation of complex, multi-object scenes
(forests, buildings, cars, etc)
+ Import Wavefront OBJ, 3DS, FBX, STL and Blender files with texture maps
+ Drag & drop native physically based materials from a growing 200+ public
library or create your own native materials
+ OneRender unbiased renderer powered by NVIDIA and save into multiple
formats including 64bit EXR with multiple tone mapping options
Standard and Pro levels of OneRender also add:
+ 800 render points per month (compared to 50 render points for the Entry
+ Priority Cloud Access. Render points can be spent to render faster on GPUs
on the cloud, when you need it
+ Multi-pass Rendering. Render only specific layers or elements in a scene
for later post-processing
+ 360 Degree and 3D Renders. Render full 360 degree, 3D images that can be
displayed in Facebook and on devices such as Google Cardboard or Oculus Rift
compatible applications (coming soon!)
The Pro Level also adds:
+ 5500 render points per month
+ Full HD Video Rendering. Camera animation rendering with soft trajectory
calculation for fast scene based animation and visualization walk-throughs
+ 360 Degree Video. HD 360 degree video animation that can be displayed in
Facebook and on devices such as Google Cardboard or Occulus Rift compatible
applications (coming soon!)
It is also possible, through integration in the Onshape third party program to bring in professional CAD designs created in Onshape into OneRender for high-definition, high-quality rendering and animation.
"The integration of OneRender with Onshape, has proven to delight product designers around the world. OneRender's Integrated Cloud Application matches what we see our users demand. Powerful rendering capabilities, running on any platform, with an extremely accessible workflow", said Joe Dunne, Developer Relations Manager at Onshape.
All three levels of OneRender are immediately available through the OneRender website at http://www.onerender.com.
OneRender is a web-based 3D scene design system and Cloud+GPU based photo-realistic rendering platform. Based in Silicon Valley and Puebla, Mexico, OneRender has being developing 2D/3D visualization tools since 2012. The company has extensive experience in architectural visualization and works closely with architecture, design and 3D e-commerce companies to provide a 3D platform that allows the visualization of high photo-realistic quality images from 3D models.
