I don't know about you guys, but what I used to love about buying a new DVD wasn't for the movie, but for the special features - all that behind the scenes goodness. Seeing these clips of actors running around in motion capture suits and then the process of how they used that data to insert CGI into the scene - it blew my mind!

I've been wanting to try this technique of adding CGI to live footage for a while and with the new object tracker inside Cinema 4D R19 its actually now insanely easy. I want to show you the basics of the object tracker and how we can track an target from live footage and overlay it with any object inside cinema 4D.

Got a tutorial idea? Want to hire me for a project? Just want to say hey? Don't be shy, reach out - always up for a chat
