Please welcome new staff writer, Lisa Smith on our Renderosity Magazine team!
Four reasons why writing every day should be an important part of your routine.
Renderosity vendor Rob Rushing (Shadownet) has a quirky and fun sense of humor even though according to him he's "by nature, more quiet and reserve and basically a loner." When I sent along questions I could tell he has a great personality through his words. I mean, I'm a writer and just reading how others answer questions, I can tell what type of person they are.
Since I attended Comic Con this year, I've been interested in digital comics. I love seeing varieties of art, so I decided to ask the Renderosity community if they've ever dabbled in digital comics and Robin Warren (quietrob) responded back.
I went to Comic Con in Nashville, TN a few weeks back and met a few digital artists. Nick Minor and I chatted about his background as an artist and then I asked him if I could conduct an interview and he accepted.
Reallusion's iClone software has evolved over the years from an avatar creation niche app to a full-fledged animation package loaded with features to make the job easier. As a longtime user, I have been fortunate enough to pick up a few tips from iClone users as well as my own work habits to save time and cut down frustration.
For the most part, there is a reason behind every question. What is it about art that you love? Why did you want to become an artist? And, finally, how did you become so passionate about art? I decided to ask some Renderosity the last question to get their take on how they become so passionate about it. I'm never surprised when I ask these questions because it seems artists were just born with this gene.
