Since its inception in 1987, the PRIX Ars Electronica has evolved to a trend barometer for the international media arts scene. This year's awards will be presented for the categories Computer Animation/Film/VFX, Digital Musics & Sound Art and Hybrid Art.

Due to the high volume of requests, Cinema 4D users now have until March 13, 2017 to submit their work for this year's awards for the coveted Golden Nica. Last year, Berlin-based studio Zeitguised received an honorary mention with their Cinema 4D project 'Birds'.

This year, MAXON will again be supporting the Ars Electronica and we are looking forward to all the great submissions and hopefully many from the Cinema 4D community!

Submit your project online by March 13 and secure your chance of winning the prestigious Golden Nica and prize money of up to EUR 10,000!
