Cleveland Clinic features 3D 'Tree of Life'

A beautifully designed, animated tree adorns a wall at the Cleveland Clinic main campus in Cleveland, Ohio.

This holographic tree was created and installed by LA-based artist, Jennifer Steinkamp, who is ironically honoring another artist, Michael Kelley.

Created with Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop, this installation, titled Mike Kelley 1, is a captivating time-lapse of a tree going through its seasonal changes- from blossoms to bare branches and back again, all while swaying and twisting in the virtual breeze. It is in constant motion and a thrill to watch.
